Business Account Executive

Wingu Technology is looking for an experienced Business Account Executive to join our TampaBay, Florida team! If you’re a star and ready for a new challenge that puts you in full control of your income, then Wingu Technology has an opportunity available for you in field sales. We are recruiting individual contributors as Business Account Executives in our West Florida territory. Please note: This is a Commission Only, 1099 position. We’ve made the payouts generous and attractive. You must be outgoing, personable, self-directed and goal oriented. You must have the ability to manage a diverse set of B2B (Business to Business) engagements that will be key drivers of our pipeline and revenue.

Responsibilities

The successful Business Account Executive will know how to establish and maintain contact with potential customers in the business technology industry through in-person cultivation in your region. You will also:

  • Maintain a strong understanding about our products and services, including features and technical specifications so you are always confident in answering specific questions.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple deals from initial contact to conversion.
  • Create an effective territory sales strategy to reach reasonable monthly sales goals.
  • Consult with customers to identify their needs as well as teach them the features and benefits of each item the company offers.
  • Make yourself an indispensable resource for company and client in all your dealings to create a trustworthy and amiable reputation in the industry.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Two or more years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Superior ability to communicate with management and maintain records of territory customers, potential leads and sales trends.
  • Be a strong self-starter with a very brief training period and then perform tasks with little direct supervision.
  • Proficiency with technology including basic computer operations and mobile apps.
  • Ability to meet goals, stay organized and maintain a positive attitude.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
  • 2 to 5 years proven B2B selling experience in a national environment.
  • Experience in the business technology field and/or with a channel distribution model.
