Fulfillment Policy

Wingu Technology LLC is committed to transparency and fairness in all aspects of our fulfillment process, ensuring clarity in refunds, shipping, returns, and cancellations.

1. Buyer’s Remorse Policy

Wingu Technology LLC offers a 3-day no-questions-asked return or cancellation policy. Customers may return eligible products or cancel services within this period for a full refund, provided the request is initiated within three (3) calendar days of purchase or service commencement.

  • Eligibility: This policy applies to all eligible products and services unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
  • Overrides: During the 3-day buyer’s remorse period, this policy supersedes all other return or refund conditions.
  • Exclusions: Digital goods, custom products, and services already rendered may not be eligible for this policy.

After the 3-day remorse period, the standard return and refund policies outlined below will apply.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Refunds are granted only for products or services that meet the specific criteria outlined in the terms of purchase.
  • Request Process: Customers must submit refund requests in writing via the contact methods provided below within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.
  • Evaluation: Wingu Technology LLC reserves the right to repair or fix issues prior to offering a refund. Refunds may also be refused for damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or other customer actions.
  • Issuance: Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply for returned items, as disclosed at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our shipping and delivery practices are designed to ensure reliable and efficient service. Details are as follows:

  • Methods: Orders are shipped via reputable carriers with standard or expedited options available.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of the order.
  • Eligible Destinations: Wingu Technology LLC ships to all locations within the United States and select international destinations, subject to carrier availability.

4. Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following terms:

  • Conditions: Returns are accepted only for items in their original, unused, unopened condition with all packaging and documentation intact.
  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 3 calendar days of receipt of the product.
  • Process: Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any items. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Wingu Technology LLC.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must meet the following terms:

  • Timing: Cancellations must be requested prior to the shipment or initiation of services.
  • Process: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and include relevant order details for verification.
  • Fees: Any applicable cancellation fees will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
  • Subscription Services: Subscription cancellations require a 30-day notice period unless otherwise specified in the terms of service.
